Meet the Directors
Jim Tennent, Managing Director
Heads the Corporate Division within Kudos providing bespoke solutions to corporate clients large & small. Prior to joining Kudos in 1996, Jim was a senior executive with a major pension provider with responsibility for IFA sales in Scotland. He specialises in Employee Benefits Due Diligence providing pre and post deal advice to major Banks, Venture Capital Firms, Legal and Accountancy firms throughout the UK.
Alan Fergusson, Director
With over 16 years financial services experience, Alan leads the Kudos Development Team, with responsibility for developing bespoke products for both corporate and personal clients. His specialisms include solutions for companies' Stakeholder Pension needs and development of bespoke Self Invested Personal Pensions and Small Self Administered Pension Schemes for a wide range of clients.
Adeline Christy, Director
Adeline is an Honours Law Graduate from Edinburgh University, with specialisations in Investment and Corporate Law. She leads Kudos Private Client Divisions where the focus is on an holistic approach to building client wealth in a tax efficient manner. Adeline also leads the Trust Team at Kudos which works in tandem with Legal and Accountancy firms to identify tax efficient trusts and investments for individuals and corporations.
Mike Pappas, Director
Mike's role is to forge links with institutional investors, venture capitalists and professionals. A Law graduate from Aberdeen and a qualified Chartered Accountant, he has over 20 years experience of investment banking in the UK, Europe and the US. He is a senior adviser to companies worldwide and sits on the boards of a number of US and UK plc corporations. He runs a venture capital business in the US, where he spends up to six months of the year.
The Principals, Jim Tennent, Alan Fergusson, Adeline Christy and Mike Pappas are highly experienced, senior executives with complementary backgrounds in Financial Services, Insurance, Pensions, Employee Benefits, Trust Planning and Corporate Finance. The Principals have over 60 years of collective experience in the financial sector, with professional relationships and transactional experience in the UK, Europe and USA.
