Employee Remuneration
The ways in which employees are remunerated are changing all the time.
Employee benefit packages can now mean something completely different to that which they did 4 or 5 years ago.
The traditional package of pension, death in service cover and some form of income protection has evolved over time to include other protections, but possibly other options such as a flexible employee benefit package.
This will allow the employee to select the best package for them, and the employer can be as flexible or not as they wish to be.
Many employers will provide a points total for employees, advising them of the various levels of benefit that they can have in each area.
It is then up to the employee as to how they spend those points.
We can provide a package which would administer the scheme and provide access to the employees on an on-line basis.
